No matter where you go and how much fun you are having there, the saying, "there is no place like home" is one that I believe to be true. So when we were given an assignment to re-create a menu, I decided to do something indigenous, something that would remind me of home. I used the menu of The Pink Sands Resort's, Blue Bar.
